The local product of Penghu is the scallop sauce. We mix fresh scallops with sakura shrimp to create this unique flavor. The scallop sauce can enhance the flavor of fried rice, noodles, vegetables and dump-lings.

Fried flavored fish skin

We use the fresh fish skin for this product. After deep frying the fish skin, it turn into a crispy texture with variety of flavors such as salted egg yolk, wasabi, shallot egg yolk, spicy, Thai style lemongrass.

Fish bone Crisps

The finest fresh fish bones are selected for this product. After seasoning and deep frying, the bones are transformed into crispy snacks. Sweet and savory taste with a sprinkle of sesame seeds makes you want to have more and more!
