Turn-Mill head Motor spindle + B-axis DD table
This new product, jointly developed by GP and its affiliate GPM, integrates an innovative rotary brake mechanism (72-tooth gear with 5° indexing) with a compact, high-efficiency permanent-magnet motor that delivers stable positioning accuracy and dynamic rigidity. Despite its compact 464 mm footprint, it achieves speeds up to 12,000 rpm and S1-rated continuous torque of 88.3 Nm—significantly boosting performance in tight spaces. It also supports a wide range of tooling systems, making it ideal for complex, simultaneous machining operations.
Milling Spindle
GP’s milling spindles excel at aggressive material removal and complex multi-axis cutting, pairing a high-power motor (15–43 kW) with torque up to 124 Nm and speeds up to 24,000 rpm. With high torque, exceptional rigidity, and a quick-change shank system for rapid tool swaps, they’re ideal for roughing, profile milling, and high-feed operations on steel, aluminum, and castings—even in 3- to 5-axis machining centers. A cryo-treated shaft and an integrated spiral-circulation cooling jacket ensure outstanding machining accuracy and maintain thermal stability under heavy loads.
Grinding Spindle
GP’s grinding spindles are purpose-built for internal/external and surface grinding where sub-micron finishes matter. Offered in HSK interfaces, their cryo-treated shafts deliver extreme thermal control with minimal drift, while a compact spiral-cooling circuit stabilizes temperatures over extended runs. Lightweight construction and imported ceramic bearings—monitored by PT-100 sensors—ensure low vibration at speeds up to 30 000 rpm. With power ratings from 5.5 kW to 48 kW and torque ranging from 0.229 Nm to 124 Nm, they achieve consistent, high-quality surface finishes on precision molds, aerospace components, and high-hardness alloys.
